You agree to notify phbingo.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. phbingo.ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your phbingo.ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.
3.5 KYC Verification. phbingo.ph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, and UMID.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phbingo.ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phbingo.ph does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phbingo.ph account within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process. phbingo.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phbingo.ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if phbingo.ph determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.
5.4 phbingo.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on phbingo.ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of phbingo.ph's commercial interests.
6.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all phbingo.ph slot and table games are published within each game's information panel. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the respective game variant as displayed at the table.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phbingo.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phbingo.ph's decision in such matters is final.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbingo.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 phbingo.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.3 phbingo.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbingo.ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 phbingo.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 phbingo.ph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, phbingo.ph may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination without cause, phbingo.ph will return any verified withdrawable balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 You may close your phbingo.ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
13.1 phbingo.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
13.2 Your continued use of the phbingo.ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising from your use of phbingo.ph that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phbingo.ph in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) days for phbingo.ph to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
